171例斑秃患者生活质量评定及其影响因素的分析

目的:对斑秃患者生活质量进行评定,探讨影响其生活质量的相关因素。方法:采用皮肤病生活质量指数(Dermatology Life Quality Index,DLQI)问卷,每项指标分四个等级,分别对应分值0、1、2、3,各项相加得出DLQI评分。评分结果与影响因素进行统计学分析。结果:年龄、性别、家族史、病程、脱发面积DLQI评分(P>0.05),差异无统计学意义;拔发试验DLQI评分(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:年龄、性别、家族史、病程、脱发面积差异对斑秃患者的生活质量无显著影响,而拔发试验阳性对斑秃患者的生活质量影响明显。

171 cases of alopecia areata:an investigation and analysis on quality of life

Objective To evaluate the effect of alopecia areata on quality of life and analyze the relevant factors. Methods 171 out-patients diagnosed as alopecia areata answered a questionnaire measured by Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) with ten questions. Each question had four grades, corresponded to the score 0,1,2,3.The higher the score showed, the lower the quality of life indicated. Results The difference of quality of life is relevant to the result of pull test. Other factors such as sex, family history, duration and range make no difference. Conclusion Alopecia areata affects the quality of life, especially of patients with positive result of pull test.
