| 摘 要： | 下肢静脉疾病按血流动力学变化,可分为血液倒流和回流障碍两大类。前者占2/3,绝大多数为原发性下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全,以及单纯性大隐静脉曲张。作者等对瓣膜解剖学和物理性能的研究、动物实验观察,以及新造影方法的创用,对本症的发病机理、诊断和处理,提出新的观点和看法。

| Abstract: | Venous disorders of the lower extremity may be divided hemodynamically into 2 groups: blood reflux and blockage of venous return. The former, comprising about 2/3 of the total, is mainly due to primary valvular imcompetence of the deep veins and in a minor degree due to simple saphenous varicosity. Through a study on the anatomic and physical properties of human venous valve, animal experiment and a new method of venography, the authors advocated a new concept for the pathogenesis and treatment of this disease. |
