| 摘 要： | 目的研究粘附分子CD44变异型-3（CD44v3）在鼻咽癌中的表达和肿瘤浸润、转移的关系。方法采用免疫组化两步法检测鼻咽癌组中CD44v3蛋白在鼻咽癌和正常组中的表达差异,以及和鼻咽癌临床特征的关系。结果鼻咽癌组中CD44v3蛋白阳性表达率高于对照组（P〈0.001）,表达强度随着鼻咽癌的局部浸润程度、淋巴结转移扩大及TNM临床分期增加而增强,相关系数在0.303以上（P〈0.05）。结论CD44v3可能和鼻咽癌的浸润、淋巴结转移及临床分期有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the high expression of Cellular adhesion molecule CD44 variant isoforms3 (CD44v3)in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and whether they have relation with the cancer invasion and metastasis.Methods Control trial was adopted in the experiment design.Immunochemistry (two steps) was used to detect the expression of CD44v3 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and normal nasopharyn membrane.Results The positive expression rate of CD44v3 protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma was 85.71%,which was obviously higher than that of normal nasopharyn membrane (4.65%),the difference between the two group have statistical significance (P<0.01).Conclusion The positive expression of CD44v3 protein surely have relation with the cancer sectional limp node metastasis and clinical staging. |
