前列腺素E1联合多巴胺治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床观察

目的:研究前列腺素E1(PGE1)联合多巴胺治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将冠心病心力衰竭患者80例随机分为2组,2组均予常规抗心力衰竭治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用前列腺素E1和多巴胺,观察2组临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率92.5%,对照组总有效率75.0%,两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组间比较其左室射血分数(EF)、每分输出量(CO)、心指数(CI)、心脏舒张指标E峰/A峰比值(E/A)也有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:前列腺素E1联合多巴胺治疗冠心病心力衰竭患者疗效满意。

Clinical Observation of the Effects on Cardiac Failure Caused by Coronary Heart Disease Treated with Prostaglandin E1 and Dopamine

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Prostaglandin E1 combined with dopamine on patients with cardiac failure caused by coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods: 80 patients with heart failure caused by CHD were randomly divided into two groups and both treated with routine anti-cardiac failure method. The treatment group was given prostaglandin E1 and dopamine. The clinical curative effects of both groups were observed. Result: The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.5% and that of control group was 75.0%. The difference was significant between the two group(P < 0.05). There were significant differences in the parameters, LVEF, CO, CI and E/A, between the treatment group and control group after therapy(P < 0.01). Conclusion: The curative effect of Prostaglandin E1 combined with dopamine on patients with heart failure caused by CHD is satisfied.
