中西医结合治疗银屑病42例临床分析

目的观察中西医结合治疗银屑病的临床效果。方法采用中西医结合治疗42例,中药治疗31例,西药治疗28例,对比分析3组总有效率、起效时间、治疗时间和复发率。结果中西医结合治疗组与中药组或西药组相比较,总有效率高、起效和治疗时间短,复发率低,经统计学处理差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗银屑病起效快、临床疗效好、副作用小。

Combined treatment of psoriasis with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of combined therapy with western medicine（WM） and traditional Chinese medicine （ TCM） for patients with psoriasis. Methods 31 patients with psoriasis were treated with TCM only,28 patients were treated with WM only, and 32 patients were treated with combined therapy （ TCM and WM）. The general effective rate, notable effect time, hospitalized time and recurrence rate were compared between them. Results Compared with TCM or WM group,in combined therapy group, the general effective rate was higher, the notable effect time and hospitalized time were shorter （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the recurrence rate was lower. Conclusion Combined therapy with TCM and WM for psoriasis possesses better therapeutic efficacy and lower side effect.
