住院精神疾病患者家属心理健康状况调查

目的了解住院精神疾病患者家属心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及自制的调查问卷对134例住院精神疾病患者家属进行调查。结果 134例住院精神疾病患者家属SCL-90总分、总均分、阳性项目数及躯体化、敌对、偏执因子平均分高于国内常模(P<0.01),SAS、SDS平均分高于国内常模(P<0.01),SAS≥40分87例(64.93%),SDS≥40分65例(48.51%),SAS、SDS均≥40分64例(42.76%)。患者家属SCL-90平均总分与患者住院的次数、住院费用来源、家属性别、文化程度、家庭经济状况相关。结论精神病患者家属较多存在心理问题,且与患者住院的次数、住院费用来源、家属性别、文化程度、家庭经济状况相关。

Investigation on Mental Health in Family Members of Hospitalized Psychiatric Patients

Objective To understand the mental health in family mebers of hospitalized psychiatric pa- tients and its influence factors. Method 134 cases of family mebers of hospitalized psychiatric patients were investigated with symptom checklist（SCL-90）, self-rating anxi＇ety scale（SAS）, self-rating depression scale（SDS） and self-made questionnaire. Results In 134 cases of familiy mebers of hospitalized psychi- atric patients, the total score of SCL-90, total average score, number of positive items and somatization, hostility and average score of paranoid ideation were higher than national norm（P〈0.01）,the average points of SAS and SDS were higher than national norm（P〈0.01）, SASh〉40 in 87 cases（64.93%）, SDS~〉40 in 65 cases（48.51%）, SAS〉~40 and SDS~〉40 in 64 cases（42.76%）. The total score of SCL-90 in families of pa- tients was related to the number of hospitalization, the source of hospital fees, gender of the family, edu- cation level and economic status of the family.Conclusions There are many psychological problems in family mebers of psychiatric patients. The phenomenon is related to the number of hospitalization, the source of hospital fees, gender of the family, education level and economic status of the family.
