| 摘 要： | 对24例先天性心脏病重度肺动脉高压患者进行体外循环改良超滤,动态观察了不同时相内皮细胞(ET)-1、肺循环压与体循环压比率(Pp／Ps)等指标的变化,以探索改良超滤技术对ET-1的清除及其在肺动脉高压治疗中的作用。
