| 摘 要： | 目的 :总结红霉素、多潘力酮联合治疗新生儿喂养困难的经验。方法 :用黄瑛新生儿喂养困难诊断标准分析广西医科大学第一附属医院新生儿病房 13例新生儿喂养困难。其中 8例应用红霉素、多潘力酮联合治疗。结果 :8例用红霉素、多潘力酮联合治疗 ,治疗第 1天进奶量为 (43 4 3± 2 2 4 0 )ml·kg-1·d-1,治疗第 4天进奶量 (130 5 7± 18 5 3)ml·kg-1·d-1(t =10 6 8,p<0 0 0 1)。 2例单用红霉素 ,1例有效 ,1例无效。 1例单用多潘立酮有效。 2例未用胃动力药 ,纠正病因后 ,喂养困难解除。结论 :喂养困难是新生儿常见症状。基础疾病的治疗是新生儿喂养困难的根本保证。 8例用红霉素、多潘立酮联合治疗有效。

| Abstract: | Objective:The effect of erythromycin combined with dompridone for treatment of neonatal feeding intolerance were studied.Methods:Thirteen cases of neonatal feeding intolerance were studied retrospectively.Results:Six cases of neonatal feeding intolerance in preterm were treated with erythromycin combined with dompridone.The intake volume of milk is increased 3 folds after tretment.The difference from before and after treatment is difference statistically(t=10 68,p<0 001).Conclusion:The effect of erythromycin combined with dompridone for treatment of neonatal feeding intolerance were confirmed in this studying. |
