成都市崇州不明原因骨关节病临床表现

目的了解崇州不明原因骨关节病临床表现。方法 对病区和非病区共314人以及部分迁出病区的人群进行详细的流行病学调查、体格检查、运动功能评定、实验室检查及X线拍片检查。结果病区狭小,边缘明显,疾病呈点状分布。疾病主要表现为双侧髋关节和膝关节疼痛,晚期出现关节运动功能障碍而导致跛行。发病有一定家庭聚集性。随年龄增高发病增加;女性高于男性;儿童期发病后不影响成年后身高;单侧发病常见,左侧多于右侧。临床主要诊断为骨关节炎(OA)和髋关节发育不良(DDH),OA的患病率接近全国其他地区,但是病区明显高于对照表。DDH患病率高于其他地区。结论崇州不明原因骨关节病临床表现类似DDH和OA,且DDH患病率明显高于其他地区,OA患病率病区高于对照。
