| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨甘油三酯( ) 高密度脂蛋白胆固醇( TG / H DL -C)的比值在冠心病诊断中的意义。方法 选择有心绞痛病史或心肌梗塞、心电图、平板运动试验或心脏彩色超声心动图检查确诊的冠心病人 84例,与同期住院的既往无心脏病史,经体查, EKG 、运动 EKG 及超声心动图检查无异常的正常人作为对照组,比较两组 TG /H DL -C 比值水平。结果冠心病组患者的 TG /H DL -C 比值水平及异常率均明显高于对照组(P <0.05。结论 TG /H DL -C 比值对于冠心病的 )诊断是有临床使用价值的指标。

Evaluation of ratio of triglyceride and high density lipoprotein choleslerol for diagnosis of coronary heart disease |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore triglycerides(TG)/total high density lipoprotein choleslerol in diagnosing coronary heart disease.Methods To pick eighty- four patients having coronart heart disease with stenocardia or myocardial, whom were diagnosed by electrocardiagram. Treadmill test or color ultrasonic cardiogram of heart to take the normal patients as control group, Who have never got heart disease by diagnosing the body, EKG, the moving EKG and ultrasonic cardiogram at the same time ,Checking the ratio of TG/HDL- C in two groups. Result The ratio and unordinary rate of coronary heart disease group is obviously higher than that of the contrasted group(P<0.05). Conclusion The ratio of TG/HDL- C has clinical value on diagnosing coronary heart disease. [ |
