摘    要:目的 :探讨肾性高血压大鼠模型 ( RH R)血浆雌二醇 ( E2 )、睾酮 ( T)含量变化与高血压的关系以及老年降压冲剂对其含量的影响。方法 :建立 RH R模型 ,随机分为 5组 ,观察 E2 ,T含量变化。结果 :RHR血浆 T浓度显著下降 ( P<0 .0 1) ,而 E2 浓度显著升高 ( P<0 .0 1) ;老年降压冲剂能升高血浆 T浓度 ,降低 E2 浓度。结论 :RH R高血压形成中 T,E2 可能起重要作用 ,T,E2 调节可能是老年降压冲剂降压机理之一。

Abstract:Objective: It is to observe the relation between the changes of estradiol (E 2) and testosterone (T) levels in plasma of the renovascular hypertension rat (RHR) and hypertension, and the effect of Laonianjiangyachongji (LNJYCHJ) on the sex hormones. Methods: The RHR models were made and randomly divided into five groups. The changes of E 2 and T levels in plasma were observed. Results: T level in plasma decreased significantly ( P <0.01), but E 2 level in plasma increased significantly ( P <0.01). LNJYCHJ could increase the density of T in plasma, while it could decrease the density of E 2 in plasma. Conclusion: The T and E 2 might have important role in the hypertension form of the RHR. The regulation of T and E 2 might be one of the anti hypertension mechanisms of LNJYCHJ.
