老年住院精神疾病患者精神药物使用调查

目的 了解我院老年精神病患者精神药物使用情况。方法 采用回顾性调查方法,对2002年住院超过4w的90例老年精神病患者使用抗精神病药物情况进行调查。结果单一用药84例,联合使用2种药物6例。按单一药物使用频度排列前5位的是:麦普替林、利培酮、曲唑酮、氟西汀、氟哌啶醇。联合使用抗胆碱能药物16例,出现药物不良反应28例。结论 我院住院老年精神病患者抗精神病药物使用合理,无明显滥用现象。建议对老年精神病患者进行治疗时应选用副作用小的抗精神病药物。

Investigations of psychoactive drugs in aged in - patients with psychosis

Objective To understand administrations of psychoactive drugs in aged in - patients with psychosis in our hospital. Methods Administrations of psychoactive drugs were conducted in 92 patients hospitalized over 4 weeks in 2002.Results 90 took psychoactive drugs, among them,84 did single drug and 6 combined 2drugs. According to using frequency of single drug, the first 5 drugs were successively maprotyline, risperdone, trazodone, fluoxetine and halopri-dol. Sixteen combined anti - choline, and 28 had adverse reactions. Conclusion The administrations of psychoactive drugs in aged in - patients were reasonable in our hospital and had no obvious abuse. It is suggested that aged patients should take the drugs which have mild side effects.
