| 摘 要： | 血脂异常是慢性肾脏疾病的常见并发症,也是导致动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病的独立危险因素.慢性肾脏病患者心血管疾病的发病率及病死率明显增加.尽管许多研究证实他汀降脂药物可以明显降低心血管疾病的发病率及死亡率,但是对于慢性肾脏疾病患者的调脂治疗能否降低心血管疾病的发病率及死亡率仍存在争议.现主要针对慢性肾脏疾病患者采取药物调脂治疗,降低心血管事件及保护肾脏的有效性及药物的安全性等问题的最新临床研究现状进行综述.

| Abstract: | Dyslipidemia is a common disorder in chronic kidney disease(CKD),which is an independent risk factor of cardiovascular disease(CVD).Patients with CKD have high cardiovascular morbidity and mortality.Although a large number of clinical trials have confirmed the benefits of using statins for CVD in the general population,there are conflicting results for the effects of statin therapy on CVD in CKD patients.This review focuses on recent progress in using lipid-lowering therapy in CKD patients,with respect to the efficacy of reducing cardiovascular events,renal protection and safety. |
