摘    要:目的:探讨针对内分泌科护理工作特点,实施护理工作繁忙时段(6:00AM-20:00PM)增加护理人员,达到提高护理质量,提升医、护、患满意度的目的。方法:通过实施重点时段增加岗位排班、重新修定护理岗位职责的一系列措施,然后对传统排班和重点时段增加岗位排班两组进行对比,比较护理质量、患者的满意度、护士满意度、医生满意度、表扬人次情况及护理工作时间变化等指标。结果:实施重点时段增加岗位排班制后,加药及时率、拔针及时率、检查单发放落实率、正确执行医嘱率、护理安全发生率、基础护理合格率、一级护理合格率、危重病人护理合格率、急救药械齐备率以及文书书写合格率几方面指标,考核结果均得到明显改善。患者满意度由90%提升到97%,护士满意度由91%提升到99%,医生满意度由90%提升到99%。结论:实施重点时段增加岗位排班制能够更好地发挥责任制护理的功能,提高了护理工作效率和质量,减少了安全隐患,建立以患者为中心的排班制度,提高了护理工作质量及满意率,构成良性循环。

Strengthen Disposition of Human Resources at the Key time to Enhance Nursing Quality

Abstract:Objective:According to the characteristics of the Endocrine division nursing work,increasing the nursing staffs during the nursing work busy time(6:00 pm-20:00pm),in order to enhance nursing quality,satisfy the doctors,nurses and patients.Methods:Taking a series of measures such as increasing post scheduling at the key time,establishing nursing responsibilities.Comparing indexes such as the quality of nursing,a patient’s satisfaction,the nurse’ satisfaction,the doctor’ satisfaction,praises and change of nursing work time between the traditional scheduling and increasing post scheduling at the key time.Results:After applying the increasing post scheduling at the key time method,indexes such as promptness rate of adding medcines,promptness rate of removing the acupuncture,the rate of check list realization,the rate of carrying out the doctor’s advice,nursing security formation rate,the foundation nursing qualified rate,the first-level nursing qualified rate,the qualified rate of caring seriously injured patient,the rate of correctly preparing first aid medicine and qualified rate of document writing have improved.Patients’ satisfaction increases from 90% to 97%,the nurses’ satisfaction rises to 99% from 91%,and doctors’ satisfaction rises from 90% to 99%.Conclusion:Applying the increasing post scheduling at the key time Is good for the responsibility system to function.It improves the efficiency and quality of the nursing care,reduces the potential safety problems,establishes the patients as the center,improves the system of scheduling nursing quality and satisfaction.
