组织因子在翼状胬肉中的表达

目的探讨组织因子(tissuefactor,TF)在初发型进展期翼状胬肉中的异常表达。方法用免疫组织化学方法对30例初发型翼状胬肉中TF表达情况进行检测,并与20人正常球结膜组织对照。结果在翼状胬肉组织中,TF主要表达于上皮细胞胞质,在正常球结膜组织中TF无表达或呈弱阳性表达;其中初发型翼状胬肉组织中的阳性表达率为86.67%,在正常球结膜组织中的阳性表达率为15.00%,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 TF在翼状胬肉中的高表达提示TF可能在翼状胬肉发病机制中起作用,选择性的TF抑制剂有可能成为治疗翼状胬肉的新靶点。

Experimental study on expression of tissue factor in pterygium

Objective To investigate the abnormal expression of tissue factor(TF) in pterygium.Methods The expression of TF in 30 cases with primary pterygium were detected with immunohistochemistry,and 20 cases with normal conjunctiva were set as the control.Results TF mainly located at the cytoplasm of epithelial cells in pterygium,and in normal conjunctiva tissue,there was no or weakly positive expression.The positive expression rate was 86.67% in primary pterygium,while in normal conjunctiva,the positive expression rate was 15.00%,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.001).Conclusion The high expression of TF in pterygium suggests that specific TF inhibitor may become a new target for the therapy of pterygium.
