| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨治疗跟骨粉碎性骨折的手术治疗体会.方法:自2009年2月至2012年2月共收治跟骨粉碎性骨折42例,所有患者均手术切开复位,应用可塑性跟骨钛板固定并植骨治疗.结果:术后随访6～24个月,平均12个月,骨折全部愈合.术后功能优27足,良8足,可3足,优良率92.1％.结论:跟骨粉碎性骨折行手术切开复位+植骨+可塑性跟骨钛板固定,可获得满意效果.

| Abstract: | Objective:The experience of exploring the surgery treatment of cases with comminuted fracture of calcaneus.Methods:We accepted 42 cases with comminuted fracture of calcaneus from February,2009 to April,2012.All cases have received open reduction.We adopt plastic titanic alloy plates internal fixation for treatment of calcaneal fracture and also together with bone grating.Results:In the follow-up of 6-24 months(mean,12 months),all fracture healed completely.27 of feet were excellent.The others were 8 good and 3 moderate.The rate of excellent and good results was 92.1%.Conclusion:It will obtain satisfactory results to receive open reduction with bone grating and immobilize with plastic titanic alloy plates for treatment of calcaneal fracture for the comminuted fracture of calcaneus. |
