| 摘 要： | 室间隔缺损(VSD)是最常见的先天性心脏病,约占先天性心脏病的20%,传统的外科手术曾被认为是治疗VSD的金标准,但有一定的危险性和致死率.近10年来经导管封堵治疗VSD得到迅速发展,且Amplatzer封堵器已在临床广泛应用,是目前最常用的关闭肌部和膜周部VSD的封堵器.经导管封堵VSD术安全、有效,肌部和膜周部VSD的封堵治疗较外科手术并发症少和死亡率低.

| Abstract: | Ventricular septal defect(VSD) is the most common congenital heart defect,which accounts for approximately 20% of congenital heart defects.Surgical closure,considered as standard treatment,of VSD has been performed for many years.It remains associated with noticed morbidity and mortality.Transcatheter techniques have been developed in the last 10 years and the devices of the Amplatzer family have achieved a large popularity in clinical practice,as the most common used devices in muscular and perimembranous VSD closure.Percutaneous closure is safe and effective,with significantly reduction of mortality and complications. |
