摘    要:急性冠状动脉综合征通常由不稳定斑块突然破裂导致的血栓形成和血管闭塞所引起,其病因涉及多种病理生理通路,但具体机制尚未完全阐明.近年来,内质网应激在斑块不稳定性方面的作用越来越受到关注.适度的内质网应激是细胞的一种自我保护性机制,然而过强或长时间的内质网应激反应可以引起细胞功能的障碍.内质网应激可能通过在细胞凋亡、脂代谢异常、炎症反应中起的作用,导致斑块不稳定性增加.现就内质网应激与不稳定斑块的研究进展作一综述.

Abstract:Acute coronary syndrome(ACS) usually results from the sudden rupture of vulnerable plaque which leads to thrombosis and vessel occlusion.Although many pathophysiological pathways have been shown to be involved in this process,the mechanism remains unknown.The focal point for ACS research for several years has been on the role of endoplasmic reticulum stress(ERS) in vulnerable plaque.ERS moderately activated in cells is self-protective,while abnormal over-responsiveness can trigger cellular dysfunction and injury.ERS may increase plaque vulnerability through apoptosis,lipoprotein dysfunction and inflammatory microenvironment.Advances in the research into ERS and vulnerable plaque are reviewed in this article.
