阴茎背神经切断术联合包皮系带埋线术治疗原发性早泄330例

目的探讨选择性阴茎背神经切断术联合包皮系带埋线术治疗原发性早泄的临床效果。方法 330例早泄患者,局部麻醉下实施选择性阴茎背神经切断术联合包皮系带埋线术,术后1个月开始性生活,观察手术治疗前后性交时射精时间、患者及配偶性交满意度的变化。结果 330例早泄患者中,早泄治愈242例,有效72例,无效16例,总有效率达95.2%。手术治疗后患者的射精潜伏期由术前的平均0.75 min延长到术后的4.75 min;患者及配偶性交满意度由术前的47%提高到术后的93%。结论选择性阴茎背神经切断术联合包皮系带埋线术治疗原发性早泄,方法简单,恢复快,并发症少,疗效确切,是治疗原发性早泄的有效方法之一。

Selective dorsal penile nerve rhizotomy joint preputial frenulum thread burial therapy for primary premature ejaculation in 330 patients

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the selective dorsal penile nerve rhizotomy joint preputial frenulum thread burial therapy for premature ejaculation.Methods Total of 330 patients with premature ejaculation were performed selective dorsal penile nerve rhizotomy joint preputial frenulum thread burial therapy under local anaesthesia.The patients began the sexual intercourse 1 month after operation.The sexual intercourse duration was observed before and after treatment and the sexual intercourse satisfaction of the patients and spouse were recorded.Results Total of 242 patients of the 330 cases were cured,72 patients were improved,16 patients were invalid.The total effective rate was 95.2%.The latency period of ejaculation were lengthen from 0.75 minutes to 4.75 minutes.The patients and spouse intercourse satisfaction were obviously improved from 47% to 93%.Conclusion The method of selective dorsal penile nerve rhizotomy joint preputial frenulum thread burial therapy for primary premature ejaculation patients is simple,rapid recover,fewer complications,and effective.It is one of the effective methods for primary premature ejaculation.
