2010年朗县鼠疫疫情密切接触者防控处置措施分析

目的通过对2010年西藏朗县1起人间鼠疫疫情密切接触者综合处置措施的分析,为今后有效预防和控制鼠疫疫情积累经验。方法依据《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》、《国家鼠疫控制应急预案国办发（2007）46号]》和《人间鼠疫疫区处理标准及原则（GB 15978-1995）》,对鼠疫患者密切接触者进行隔离管理,并对隔离区进行相关卫生处置。结果防控工作组采取了有效防控措施,防止了鼠疫疫情的扩散,未发生医院感染。结论鼠疫疫情发生后,应及时采取措施,根据鼠疫传播特点,因地制宜,控制传染源,切断传播途径,保护易感者,有效控制疫情。

Prevention and control measures for close contact persons in epidemic situation of plague in Long County in 2010

Objective To analyze the comprehensive disposal measures for close contact persons of human plague patients in Long County,Tibet in 2010 in order to summarize experience for effective prevention and control of plague.Methods According to Law of PRC on the Prevention and Treatment of Infectious Diseases,National Emergency Preplan for Plague Control(General Office of the State Council 2007,NO.46)and National Treatment Criterion and Principle for Human Plague Area(GB 15978-1995),the close contact persons of those patients with plague were isolated,and sanitary disposal was taken in the isolated region.Results Effective prevention and control measures were taken to prevent the diffusion of plague,and there was no nosocomial infection cases happened.Conclusion When the plague occurred,effective measures should be taken in time.According to the transmission characteristics of plague and the local conditions,infection sources should be controlled,and the route of transmission should be cut off in order to protect the susceptible people and effectively control the epidemic situation.
