低压缺氧治疗哮喘临床疗效观察

摘    要:目的:观察低压缺氧治疗哮喘的疗效。方法:选用轻一中度哮喘缓解期病人27例,在低压舱内进行间断低压缺氧治疗10天,观察其治疗效果,检测血浆皮质醇和血清可溶性白介素2受体(sIL-2R)的变化,比较肺功能改变。结果:⑴哮喘病人治疗后随访显示,发作间歇延长和用药减少,有效率达88.9%;⑵肺功能变化:治疗后肺功能明显改善,最大呼气流速(PEF)明显增加(P〈0.01),第一秒用力呼气容量(HEV1)明显

Abstract:Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects of hypobaric hypoxia on asthma.Methods: After 27 patients with mild or moderate asthma at the stage of remission were discontinuously treated with hypobaric hypoxia in the hypobaric chamber, the therapeutic effects of hypobaric hypoxia on asthma were observed, the changes in levels of plasma cortisol and sIL - 2R determined and the pulmonary function compared. Results: 1) After treatment, the intermission of attack was prolonged, the use of antiasth- matic of agents decreased.The effective rate was as high as 88.9%. 2) The pulmonary function was significantly improved after treat- ment. The peak expiratory flow was significantly increased (P < 0.01 ) and fond expiratory volume in the first second (FEV_1) was significantly increased (P < 0.05). 3) The levels of plasma cortisol was significantly increased (P < 0.01 ) and sIL - 24 was sig- nificantly decreed (P < 0.01 ) after treatment.there was significantly negative correlation between them (r = - 0.8504, P < 0.01 ). Conclusions: Hypobaric hypoxia can exert marked therapeutic effects on asthma, the mechanism of which might be due to the effects of hypoxia, low air density and high level of endogenic cortisol.
