| 摘 要： | 采用CAS－200型图像细胞仪对38例乳腺癌术前细针穿刺徐片进行DNA定量测定，徐片均能提供足够的细胞。38例乳腺癌中，异倍体肿瘤27例（71％），二倍体肿瘤11例（29％），统计表明DNA倍体类型和雌激素受体、腋窝淋巴结状况及肿块大小均无显著相关。认为导信体可能系一独立预后指标；乳腺癌细针穿刺涂片的DNA定量测定简便易行，值得临床进一步应用。

| Abstract: | DNA quantitative measurement was performed on thirty-eight smears of preoperative FNA [n breast cancer with image cytometry (CAS-200). The results showed that all smears could provide enough information. Of 38 cases, 27 were DNA aneuploldy (71 % ), 11 were diploidy (29% ). There was no significant correlation between DNA plofdy with ER,lymph nede status. and tumour size. It is shown that DNA aneuploidy might be an independent prognostic factor in breast cancer. The authors conclude that DNA quantitative measurement on preoperative FNA smears in breast cancer was a simple and feasible method. |
