上腔静脉综合征综合治疗疗效的探讨

目的 :探讨上腔静脉合理的综合征综合治疗方案。方法 :51例上腔静脉综合征患者随机分为两组 :先放疗后化疗组 (A组 ) 2 6例和先化疗后放疗组 (B组 ) 2 5例 ,所有病例均采用综合治疗 ,两组病例在年龄、性别、放疗方法、化疗方案以及病理等方面均接近 ,具有可比性。结果 :≤ 2周开始缓解率B组明显高于A组 ,>2周开始缓解率A组高于B组 (P <0 0 5) ;A组完全缓解率明显高于B组 ,B组部分缓解率高于A组 (P <0 0 5) ,两组间差异有显著性 ;总有效率 :A组为 88 5% ,B组为 84 % (P >0 0 5) ,两组间差异无显著性。结论 :放疗和化疗综合治疗上腔静脉综合征有明显的疗效 ,意义是肯定的 ,在放、化疗应用顺序应参考原发肿瘤组织学类型等临床病理因素进行个体化选择。

Evaluation of Combined Therapeutic Effects of Superior Vena Cava Syndrome

Objective To evaluate the combined therapeutic effects of rdiotherapy and chemotherapy to superior vena cava syndrome(SVCS).Methods 51 patients with SVCS were randomly divided into 2 groups:26 cases were given chemotherapy after radiotherapy(A group),and 25 cases were given radiotherapy after chemotherapy(B group).All patients were treated by the combined therapy,2 groups were similar in age,sex,pathology,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,there were comparable between 2 groups.Results The response rate in two weeks of the B group was significantly higher than that of the A group,the response rate beyond two weeks of the A group was significantly higher than that of the B group( P <0 05),the complete response rate of the A group was significantly higher than that of the B group,the partial response rate of the B group was significantly higher than that of the A group( P <0 05);the difference between 2 groups was statistically significant;the total response rate was 88 5% in the A group and 84% in the B group( P >0 05),the difference between 2 groups was not statistically significant.Conclusions Combined use of radiotherapy and chemotherapy has significant effect on SVCS.
