不同剂型西尼地平的疗效和安全性比较

目的比较不同剂型西尼地平治疗轻、中度原发性高血压的疗效与安全性。方法采用双盲双模拟随机平行对照的方法,将48例轻、中度原发性高血压患者分为试验组和对照组,各24例。试验组给予西尼地平胶囊,对照组给予西尼地平片。比较两药的降压疗效及不良反应。结果试验组平均坐位收缩压(SBP)及舒张压(DBP)分别下降15.49 mmHg和9.67 mmHg,对照组分别下降10.97 mmHg和7.79 mmHg,两组相比均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组总有效率分别为70.0%和69.6%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。同组间用药前、后血压的比较差别均有统计学意义(P<0.01),两组间治疗前后坐位血压比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组3例患者出现不良反应,对照组没发生不良反应,两组相比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论西尼地平胶囊治疗轻、中度原发性高血压具有明确的降压疗效与良好的安全性。

THE CURATIVE EFFECTS AND SAFETY OF CINIDIPINE TABLETS AND CAPSULES

Objective To compare the curative effects and safety of cinidipine tablets and capsules in treating mild/moderate essential hypertension.Methods 48 cases were randomly divided into two the experimental group treated with cinidipine capsules and the contrast group treated with cinidipine tablets.The Curative effects and side effects in the two groups were compared.Results The SBP and DBP in the experimental group decreased by 15.49mmHg and 9.67mmHg respectively,and the SBP and DBP in the contrast group decreased by 10.87mmHg and 7.79mmHg respectively(P>0.05).The blood pressure in the same group before and after the treatments found to be significantly different(P<0.01),while no significant differences were found in the sitting SBP/DBP(P>0.05).Side effects occurred in the experimental group and no side effects in the contrast group(P>0.05).Conclusion Both the cinidipine tablets and capsules can produce good curative effects and can be used safely.
