艾迪注射液配合化疗治疗老年人消化系统肿瘤效果观察

目的:观察艾迪注射液(人参、黄芪、刺五加、斑蝥等)配合化疗药物治疗老年人消化系肿瘤的疗效.方法:60例消化系肿瘤患者随机分为观察组30例,给予艾迪注射液加化疗药物治疗;对照组30例,单纯应用化疗药物.结果:观察组瘤体缩小近期有效率为63%,高于对照组(40%),并且观察组白细胞下降率和消化道症状明显改善优于对照组.结论:艾迪注射液联合化疗药物治疗老年人消化系肿瘤有明显的协同作用,艾迪注射液在降低化疗药物的毒副反应、提高机体免疫功能等方面均有显著的疗效.

Clinical Observation of Sixty Senile Cases of Tumours in Digestive System Treated with Aidi Injection in Combination with Chemotherapy

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Aidi injection (preparation of medicinal herbs radix Ginseng, Radix Astragali seu hedysari, radix Acanthopanacis senticosus, Mylabris cichorri, etc) in combination with chemotherapy on tumours in digestive system in old people.Methods:60 patients with tumours in their digestive systems are divided at random into two equal groups in number, the experimental and the control;the former receiving Aidi injection in combination with chemotherapy and the latter,chemotherapy alone.Results: The tumours in the experimental group decrease in size. The short-term effect rate(63%) is significantly different from that 40% in the control group(P<0.05).In addition, the decrease rate of WBC and the symptoms in the digestive tract improve noticeably, compared with the control group. There is a remarkable difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Aidi injection in combination with chemotherapy has remarbable synergism in the treatment of senile tumour in the digestive system. Aidi injection has good effect on decreasing the toxic effect of chemotherapy and on improving the immue funtion of the body.
