尿道下裂尿道成形术后尿道狭窄的处理

目的 探讨尿道下裂尿道成形术后尿道狭窄的病因及治疗方法。方法 对１９８５－１９９８年７７例尿道下裂术后尿道狭窄患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 单纯尿道扩张９例，治愈２例（２２％）；尿道扩张放钛镍合金支架２２例，治愈１７例（７７％）；狭窄段尿道切开皮肤造瘘２３例，其中１８例行二期尿道成形术，治愈１６例；５例待手术；切开狭窄段同期尿道成形术２３例，治愈１２例。

Managementof urethral strictures resulted from urethroplasty for hyp ospadias

Objective To investigate the cause and treatment of urethral strictures resulted form hypospadias repair. Methods 77 patients with urethal stricture resulted from hypospadias repair undertaken from 1985 to 1998 were reviewed.The patients were treated by urethral dilation,dilation plus Ti Ni metal stent,urethrostomy or urethroplasty. Results Of the 9 treated with urethral dilation,2(22%) have been cured.17(77%) of the 22 treated with metal stent have had successful outcomes and 16(89%)of 18 underwent two stage urethroplasty have been cured.Of those treated with one stage urethroplasty,12(52%) were cured. Conclustions For urethral strictures restulted from hypospadias repair,urethral dilation plus metal stent should be attempted first.Urethrostomy and urethroplasty is indicated in late strictures (later than 3 months) or dilatation and stenting had failed.
