内窥镜中检测HBV的PCR技术与ELISA方法比较

目的 比较PCR HBV-DNA和 ELISA HBsAg两种检测方法在检测内窥镜中HBV的检测情况,从而确定本次研究的试验方法. 方法 现场采集内窥镜各关键部位(镜身、孔道、活检钳)的样品207份,平均分成两份,按各自所用试剂盒的要求分别进行试验,比较两种试验的阳性检出率、一致性等试验评价指标. 结果 PCR HBV-DNA阳检率为27.54%、 ELISA HBsAg阳检率为2.42%,经χ2检验, χ2=4.63 P =0.031 、一致性检验,kappa＝0.089 ,P =0.008,由此说明两种检验方法在内窥镜中痕量的HBV的检测过程中有显著性差异.结论 PCR HBV-DNA对与内窥镜中痕量的HBV的检测试验方法优于ELISA HBsAg方法,在本次调查研究中应该采用PCR HBV-DNA的检测方法.

The Comparison between PCR And ELISA

Objectives: Compare PCR HBV-DNA with ELISA HBsAg method in HBV on the endoscopes ,In order to determine the investigative experiment. Methods:Compare with the positive detectable rate and the consistency indices(kappa) between the two experiments in 207 samples. Results:The positive examine rate of PCR HBV-DNA is 27.54%,But ELISA HBsAg is only 2.42%,There are significant difference between the two methods( x 2 = 4.63 P = 0.031 and kappa＝0.089 P = 0.008). Conclusions:PCR HBV-DNA method can be Used in this research to evaluate the disinfectant effect of the endoscopes in Huangshi city.
