| 摘 要： | 目的 观察芍红消结颗粒对子宫内膜异位症大鼠异位组织基质金属酶（MMP-2 mRNA的影响，探讨其治疗子宫内膜异位症的作用机制。方法 半定量逆转录聚合酶链反应技术(RT-PCR检测EMs大鼠模型的异位组织中MMP-2 mRNA的表达。结果 芍红消结颗粒小剂量组抑制异位内膜体积增长(P<0.05，降低异位内膜质量(P<0.01，减少异位组织MMP-2 mRNA的表达(P<0.01。结论 芍红消结颗粒可通过降低EMs大鼠异位组织MMP-2 mRNA的表达，达到治疗EMs的作用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To explore the mechanism of action of Shaohong Xiaojie particle in the treatment of endometriosis by investigating the expressions of MMP-2 mRNA in ectopic endometriums of rats with endometriosis.METHODS The expression of MMP-2 mRNA was tested by RT-PCR.RESULTS The tow dose-group could restrain the volume of ectopic endometriotic tissue(P<0.05),and also can reduce its weight(P<0.01).The expressions of MMP-2 mRNA was decreased simultaneously(P<0.01).CONCLUSION Shaohong Xiaojie particle can decrease... |
