| 摘 要： | 目的：观察血塞通、爱维治、胰岛素对脑梗死的综合治疗作用。方法：选择34例病人为治疗组，随机抽取37例应用低右加复方丹参注射液加维脑路通治疗的病人为对照组，通过比较观察确定治疗效果。结果：治疗组显效率为79．4％，总有效率为94.1％。经统计表明，两组病人治疗显效率有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。结论：该疗法效果明显且无任何毒副作用，具有较高的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the combined therapeutic action of panax natoginseng saponins and ac- tovegin and insulin in treating acute cerebral infarction. Methods The treatment group had 34 cases. The control group had 37 cases and received other therapy.The effectual rate of the treatment group was 74. 9 % and total effective rate 94. 1%. Statistical analysis showed a significant difference in effectual rate between the two groups (P< 0. 05). Conclusion This therapy is significantly effective, and there is no adverse action ,suggesting a high clinical value. |
