| 摘 要： | 目的调查苏州地区老年人的认知状况,探讨中文版MoCA量表在苏州地区的应用。方法采用中文版的MoCA、MMSE量表对≥60岁的社区老年人进行筛查,共计631例。结果筛查出痴呆组、MCI组和正常组MoCA平均得分分别为：（11.95±3.77）、（21.55±2.57）、（27.46±1.40）,3组之间存在明显差异（P〈0.01）。结论 MoCA量表在筛查不同认知状态方面具有较好的效果,各项指标在不同认知状态下存在明显差异,其中以注意、视觉网与执行能力、延迟回忆三项最为显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the cognitive status of elderly people and study the application of Chinese version of MoCA scale in Suzhou area.Methods The elderly were investigated by Chinese-version of the MoCA,MMSE scale.Results The mean scores of Dementia group,MCI group and the normal group were（11.95±3.77）、（21.55±2.57）、（27.46±1.40）.It was significantly different between the three groups.Conclusion MoCA Scale is good in screening for cognitive status of different aspects.The indicators of cognitive state in different groups is significantly different（P0.01）,in which attention,visual network and implementation capacity,delayed recall are the three most obvious. |
