补肾通络疏肝方对衰老大鼠阴茎组织一氧化氮合成酶基因表达的影响

摘    要:观察补肾通络疏肝方对衰老大鼠阴茎组织一氧化氮合成酶 (NOS)基因表达的影响。将衰老大鼠随机分为模型组、西地那非组、丙酸睾酮组、补肾通络疏肝方组与正常组 ( 2月龄大鼠 ) ,并应用PCR测定阴茎组织中NOSmRNA的表达 ,观察各组的变化。结果 :补肾通络疏肝方组阴茎组织中NOSmRNA的表达明显高于其他 4组 ,由多到少排定以下顺序 :西地那非组、正常组、丙酸睾酮组及模型组 ;补肾通络疏肝方组与西地那非组阴茎组织中NOSmRNA内控量较多 ,与其他各组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :补肾通络疏肝方有提高衰老大鼠阴茎组织中NOSmRNA表达的作用。

Abstract:The effects of Bushentongluoshugan Recipe (BR) on the expression of NOS mRNA in the penile tissue of aged rats were observed in this study. The aged rats were randomly divided into the model group, sildenafil group, testosterone propionate group, BR group and the normal group (consisting of the rats aged 2 months), and PCR technique was used to detect the changes in the expression of NOS mRNA in the penile tissue of the rats in all the groups. The results showed that the expression of NOS mRNA in BR group was obviously higher than those in other 4 groups, in which in terms of the extent of the expression of NOS mRNA, there was such a sequence: sildenafil group > normal group > testosterone propionate group > model group; and the internally controlled amounts of NOS mRNA in the penile tissue in the BR group and sildenafil group was significantly larger than those in other 3 groups ( P <0.05). It can be concluded that BR can increase the expression of NOS mRNA in the penile tissue of aged rats.
