| 摘 要： | 目的观察胸腔内注射鸦胆子油乳剂治疗结核性液气胸的疗效。方法对结核性液气胸患者采用胸腔穿刺抽液或行胸腔闭式引流排尽胸腔积液后，每次向胸腔内注入鸦胆子油乳剂20-30ml，每周注射3次。与对照组对比观察患者胸腔积气、积液消失时间及住院时间。结果治疗组胸腔积气、积液消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组，2组比较差异有统计学意义。结论鸦胆子油乳剂是治疗结核性液气胸的有效药物，值得临床推广应用。
