摘    要:目的:探讨高原缺氧环境对高原地区老年人红细胞膜蛋白结构的影响;方法:运用薄层色谱扫描等方法对长期居住在高原地区的46例老人进行了红细胞膜磷脂蛋白和血液流变学等测定;结果:高原组红细胞膜神经磷脂和磷脂酰胆碱等指标较平原组有显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),血液粘度也有一定升高,以低切为明显;结论:红细胞膜蛋白结构改变与高原缺氧有一定的关系。

Abstract:Objective:To study the changes of erythrocyte memberane protein in aged men who have been living in plateau.Method:The level of phospholipidy and changes on rhology were examined by TLC scanner in 46 healthy aged men,they have been living in plateau(3 000m) for 40 years,and in 40 healthy control subjects.Results:The level of phospholipidy was higher (P<0.05 or <0.01) and the blood viscosity was greater (P<0.05 or <0.01) in altitude group than that in control.Conclusion:The changes of construction of erythrocyte memberane protein could associate with high altitude hypoxia.
