青藤碱对脑缺血再灌注大鼠行为及脑梗塞范围的影响

摘    要:采用非开颅可逆性大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞法观察青藤碱(Sinomenine,Sin)对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注后神经功能障碍,脑水肿及脑梗塞范围的影响。结果表明,脑缺血 2h再灌注 4h大鼠脑梗塞范围达 29. 6 ± 5. 30.脑组织含水量为 83. 05±0. 54%,神经功能出现明显障碍。于大脑中动脉阻断前 10min腹腔注射 Sin 30,60mg/kg,可明显减轻行为障碍。减轻脑水肿及缩小脑梗塞范围。实验显示 Sin对局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。

Abstract:The article studied the protective effects of sinomenine (Sin) on nerve dysfunction, cerebral edema and the range of cerebral infarction after focal brain ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats, by using experimental model of reversible middle cerebral artery occlusion without craniectomy. The results showed that in the condition of 2h brain ischemia + 4h reperfusion the range of cerebral infarction was 29. 6 5. 3%, the water content of the brain tissue was 83. 05 0. 54 %, and obvious nerve dysfunction occurred. On condition that sinomenine was injected peritoneally 10 min before the occlusion of coddle cerebral artery at the doses of 30 and 60mg/kg, the extent of behavior disorder, cerebral edema and the range of cerebral infarction were obviously reduced. The present study indicates that sinomenine possesses a protective action on focal brain ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.
