呼伦贝尔市1990～2005年布氏菌病流行特点分析

目的了解呼伦贝尔市当前布病流行特点和趋势,为制定布病防治对策提供科学依据。方法收集布病疫情资料,对1990-2005年不病疫情资料进行分析。结果 1990～2005年全市布病疫情主要分布于12个旗市,共有新发病人5735例。扎兰屯市和阿荣旗是全市布病流行严重地区,分别发病1683例、1445例,各占29.35%和25.19%。结论全市布病疫情有上升趋势,局部地区存在暴发流行的可能性。

An epidemiological anlysis of Brucellosis in Hulunbeir city from 1990 to 2005

Objective To learn lhe current epidemiological characteristics and tendency of Brucellosis in Hulunbeir cit- y,and so provide scientific evidence for formulation of relevant prevention and control measures.Methods Data on the inci- dence rate of the Brucellosis was collected from the Hulunbeir city,to analyze the epidemic information of Brucellosis fever from 1990 to 2005 in this area.Results There are 5 735 new cases of Brucellosis in whole city,distributed over 12 towns or counties in 1990 to 2005.These results demonstrated that Brucellosis was still quite severe in Arong country and Zalantun city.1 683 new cases of Brucellosis were found in Zhalantun city,the tatio is 29.35%;1 445 new cases of Brucellosis were found in Arong coun- try,the ratio is 25.19%.Conclusions The incidence of Brucellosis has continuously increased during the last 15years,the local area existing the possibility of outbreak and epidemic.
