| 摘 要： | 目的:建立磺咳合剂中磺胺嘧啶的含量测定方法。方法:采用分光光度法测定磺胺嘧啶的含量,选定254nm为测定波 长,绘制工作曲线。结果:磺胺嘧啶在浓度为6～14μg·mL-1内呈线性范围,相关系数r=0.9998。浓度为7.0、10.0、13.0μg· mL-1样品液的平均回收率为:100.38％,RSD=0.91％。结论:本方法操作简便、快速、结果准确、精密度高。

| Abstract: | Objective: To determine Sulfadiazine content in Sulfadiazine anticouph mixture. Methods: Spectrophotometry was used to determine Sulfadiazine content. The work-curve was made with detection wavelengths at 254nm. Results: The method was linear over the range of 6-14μ g·mL of Sulfadiazine concentrations(r=0.9998). The average recovery was 100.38%, RSD=0.91%. Conclusion: The method is simple rapid and accurate. It is suitable for the quality control of the hospital preparations. |
