乳腺腺纤维瘤癌变11例临床病理分析

目的 :探讨乳腺腺纤维瘤癌变的临床病理特点。方法 :对 196 3- 2 0 0 1年经病理证实的乳腺腺纤维瘤癌变 11例进行分析 ,重点分析诊断方法、病理特点、治疗方式及预后因素。结果 :11例均为手术检出 ,其中 8例为管内癌 ,1例小叶原位癌 ,2例浸润性导管癌。保守性手术 8例 ,根治术或仿根治术 3例 ,随访 3个月～ 2 5年 ,均健在。结论 :乳腺良性肿瘤均应手术切除并做病理检查 ,本病属乳腺癌的早期病变 ,保守性手术治疗效果良好。

Clinicopathological Analysis of Carcinogenesis of Breast Adenofibroma:A Report of 11 Cases

Objective To investigate the clinicopathological characters of carcinogenesis of breast adenofibroma.Methods Eleven cases of carcinogenesis of breast adenofibroma confirmed histologically (from 1963 to 2001) were analyzed with respect to diagnostic methods,pathological characters,treatmental methods and prognostic factors.Results Eleven cases were all found by surgery.Eight out of 11 were intraductal carcinoma,1 out of 11 was lobular carcinoma in suit,and 2 out of 11 were infiltrative ductal carcinoma.Eight cases were treated with conservative surgery and 3 cases were treated with modified radical and radical surgery. The patients were followed up for 3 months-25 years and they were all alive.Conclusions All benign tumors of breast should be excised by surgeon and be checked by pathologist.Most of this kind of disease are early phase of breast carcinoma.After conservative surgery,all patients have good prognosis.
