| 摘 要： | 目的:对蒙古族情感障碍病人的病情进行分析.方法:选择符合CCMD-3情感障碍诊断标准的蒙古族病人44例,并随机抽取同期住院汉族情感障碍病人40例.对抑郁及躁狂的症状进行对比.结果及结论:对蒙汉两族情感障碍病人的症状特点、疾病类型、家族史、气质特点、起病诱因及疗效进行对照,发现蒙古族病人有其独特的临床特点.

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyse the patients' condition of affective disorder in the Mongol nationality.Methods:44 cases of the Mongol patients were diagnosed by CCMD-3 standard,and 40 cases of affective disorder from Han nationality were chosen.The symptoms of depression and mania were contrasted.Results and Conclusion: The symptom features,types of disease,family history,temperamental characteristics,predisposition cause and cure efficacy were contrasted between the affective disorder patients in Mongol and Han nati... |
