盐酸奥布卡因滴眼液在小梁切除术术中麻醉效果观察

目的观察0．4％倍诺喜滴眼液表面麻醉下行小梁切除术的术中麻醉效果。方法采用0．4％倍诺喜滴眼液表面麻醉下行小梁切除术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼患者44例44眼,总结分析其麻醉效果。结果能够在0．4％倍诺喜滴眼液表面麻醉下完成手术全过程的40例．其中有4例术中配合欠佳,加用球结膜下浸润麻醉。22．7％的患者完全没有疼痛,68．2％有轻微疼痛．但能忍受．9．1％不能忍受。术中无麻醉并发症发生。结论0．4％倍诺喜滴眼液表面麻醉下行小梁切除术,术中麻醉效果好,安全可靠．值得推广应用。

Observation on Anesthesia Effect of Beinuoxi Eye Drops in Trabeculectomy

OBJECTIVE to observe topical anesthesia effect of 0.4 % Beinuoxi eye drops in trabeculectomy. METHODS 44 cases （44 eyes） were performed trabeculectomy under topical anesthesia with 0.4 % Beinuoxi eye drops. The anesthesia effect was analyzed. RESULTS under the topical anesthesia with 0.4% Beinuoxi eye drops, the whole processes of surgery of 40 cases were completed successfully and 4 cases who failed to cooperate with doctor satisfactorily during the surgery were treated with supplemental subconjunctival infiltration anesthesia. 22.7 % of patients felt no pain, 68.2 % of them had tolerable mild pain but 9.1% of them had intolerable pain. Any complication could be observed during the surgery. CONCLUSION topical anesthesia with 0.4% Beinuoxi eye drops in trabeculectomy is effective and safe. It is worthy to be applied widely.
