昆明市流动人口艾滋病相关知识和性行为的调查

目的评估昆明市艾滋病宣传教育的效果,为修订和完善流动人口艾滋病预防工作方案提供依据。方法在流动人口集中的行业,采用整群抽样的方法进行问卷调查。结果流动人口艾滋病知识知晓率为81.4%,对传播途径知识的知晓程度(84.3%)高于对预防知识(76.1%)的知晓程度;流动人口的多性伴比例与文化程度呈反比,表现出"无知者无畏"的特点。低龄、低文化程度、艾滋病知识缺乏、多性伴、低安全套使用率,是流动人口感染艾滋病的危险因素。结论流动人口对艾滋病知识的掌握还不全面,建筑业民工和餐馆服务员是预防艾滋病的重点人群,为达到提高安全套使用率的目标,同伴教育和安全套的提供是保证行为改变得以实现的必要措施。

Survey and analysis of HIV/AIDS related sexual behaviors among floating population in Kunming city in 2006

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of city-wide education and publicity of HIV/AIDS prevention among floating population and provide information for further interventions.Methods Clustersampling was adopted to select studied subjects in floating population concentrated industries and questionnaire.survey was conducted accordingly.Results The rate of HIV/AIDS related knowledge was 81.4%,and the rate of knowledge about route of transmission(81.4%)was higher than that about prevention(76.1%).The less education they had received,the more sex partners they had.Risk factors included young age,low education,lack of knowledge,multi-partner and low rate of condom-use.Conclusion The floating population studied do not have comprehensive knowledge about HIV/AIDS;construction workers and restaurant waiters and waitress are the focus group for prevention.Peer education and condom provision are important factors to change their behaviors.
