BACTEC 9050血培养仪的临床应用与评价

目的评价BACTEC9050全自动血培养仪的临床应用情况。方法比较使用BACTEC9050全自动血培养仪对536份血培养结果与传统硫酸镁肉汤培养法对466份血培养结果,对两种方法在培养阳性率、阳性报告时间、培养出的病原菌种类等方面的结果进行对比分析。结果使用血培养仪培养的阳性率为15.1%,90%的阳性标本在48h内报警提示,最早阳性报警时间为3h,共培养出细菌81株27种。传统硫酸镁肉汤培养法培养的阳性率为10.3%,最早出现阳性反应时间为18h,共培养出细菌48株21种。结论BACTEC9050全自动血培养仪与传统硫酸镁肉汤培养法相比,培养阳性率高、阳性报告时间短、培养出的病原菌种类较多,对临床的早期诊断和治疗具有重要的价值。

An Evaluation of Clinical Application of BACTEC 9050 Automatic Blood Culture Instrument

Objective To evaluate clinical value of BACTEC 9050 automatic blood culture instrument.Methods Comparing the result of 536 blood samples which aerobicpathogen cultued by BACTEC 9050 with 466 blood samples which cultued by bitter salt broth in positive rates、report time and kinds of aerobicpathogen.Results The positive rate of automatic blood culture was 15.1%.Among these positive results about 90% alarmed within 48 h,the earlist positive alarm time was 3 h,there are 81 positive cases which include 27 aerobicpathogen kinds.On the other hand,the positive rate of bitter salt broth culture was 10.3%,the earlist positive reaction time was 18h. There were positive 48 cases which include 21 aerobicpathogen kinds.Conclusion Comparing with bitter salt broth cultue,BACTEC 9050 blood culture is higer in positive rate、shorter in positive report time,and more kinds in detecting aerobicpathogen.It has significant value in early clincal diagnose and therapy.
