高频超声在小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎的中诊断价值

目的 探讨高频超声技术在诊断小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎中的价值.方法 应用高频彩超检查64例急性肠系膜淋巴结炎,经抗炎治疗10d后复查超声,观察治疗前后肠系膜淋巴结的变化情况.结果 小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎典型声像图特征:右中、下腹部见数枚大小不等椭圆形低回声结节,治疗10d后复查,肿大淋巴结明显缩小,由治疗前12.2±0.61/5.9±0.41mm缩小到64±0.60/3.3±0.34mm(纵横径,P＜0.01).结论 高频超声在小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎诊断中可作为首选的影像学诊断方法.

The evalution of high frequency ultrasonography in diagnosis of acute mesenteric lymphadenintis

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasonography in acute mesenteric lymphadenitis.Methods High frequency ultrasonography was used to examine 64 acute mesenteric lymphadenitis cases and all patients were reexamined 10 days later.The sonographic appearances were analyzed before and after therapy.Results The typical sonographic appearances were the presence of multiple enlarged lymphnodes shown as ovalhypoechoic nodules with different size in the right inferior abdomen. Ten days later,the enlarged lymph nodes diminished in different degrees after therapy and the difference before and after treatment was very significant.Conclusion High frequency ultrasonography may be the first choice of imaging examination in the diagnosis of acute mesenteric lymphadenitis.
