粘蛋白MUC5AC和MUC6在胃印戒细胞癌中的表达及意义

目的 探讨粘蛋白MUC5AC和MUC6在胃印戒细胞癌中的表达及其与病理分型和肿瘤生物学行为的关系。方法 依据2000年WHO分类标准，将68例胃印戒细胞癌分成5种类型并进行临床病理分析；应用免疫组织化学SP法检测胃印戒细胞癌中MUC5AC和MUC6的表达并分析其与部分临床病理指标的关系。结果 胃印戒细胞癌中MUC5AC和MUC6蛋白阳性表达率分别为64．7％和39．7％。MUC5AC蛋白在肿瘤大小和浸润深度中表达的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；MUC6蛋白在性别和发病部位中表达的差异亦有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论 MUC5AC粘蛋白的表达可能与胃印戒细胞癌的肿瘤大小与浸润深度有关；MUC6粘蛋白的表达可能与胃印戒细胞癌性别和发生部位有关。

Expression and significance of mucin MUC5AC and MUC6 in gastric signet ring cell carcinoma

Objective To explore the relationship between expression of mucin MUC5AC and MUC6 and pathological types and biological behavior of gastric signet ring cell carcinoma.Methods From 2000 WHO class method,68 cases gastric signet ring cell carcinoma were divided into five types and analysis.The expression of MUC5AC and MUC6 were detected in 68 gastric signet ring cell carcinomas by immunohistochemical SP method.Results The positive expression rates of mucin MUC5AC and MUC6 in 68 gastric signet ring cell carcinomas were 64.7% and 39.7% respectively.The expression of mucin MUC5AC was correlated with thedepth of invasion and diameter of carcinoma(P<0.05).The expression of mucin MUC6 was correlated with the gender and tumor location(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of mucin MUC5AC maybe correlated with the diameter and depth of invasion of gastric signet ring cell carcinoma.The expression of mucin MUC6 maybe correlated with the gender and tumor location.
