急性冠脉综合征患者GRACE评分与血运重建的相互关系

目的：评价全球急性冠状动脉事件注册（GRACE）危险评分对急性冠脉综合征（ACS）患者预测预后的价值及对血运重建的指导意义。方法：收集2008年10月。2009年3月连续住院的ACS患者共380例，对其进行GRACE危险评分，以评分差异分组，分为高危组（≥100分）和低危组（〈100分），分析不同组别中患者6个月终点事件的发生率，冠状动脉病变的特点及血运重建比例。结果：随着GRACE危险评分分值的增加，6个月终点事件发生增加，冠状动脉病变程度亦呈增加的趋势。需要接受血运重建的比例增加。依据GRACE评分进行的危险分层与心肌血运重建治疗显著相关（P〈0．05），能更好地预测高危患者。结论：GRACE危险评分是一种快速和适用范围较广的评价心血管危险的方法，可以用来进行临床预测并指导患者的早期干预，且对冠脉病变程度有一定的预测价值。

The relationship between GRACE score and revascularization in patients with acute coronary syndrome

Objective： To evaluate the relationship between Global Registry of Acute Coronary Events （GRACE） score and revascularization in patients with acute coronary syndrome （ACS）for making the early intervention strategies. Methods： Three hundred and eighty patients with ACS during the hospitalization were enrolled. They were divided into different groups according to GRACE risk score. The characteristics of coronary artery disease, cardiac events of six months ended, the proportion of revaseularization were analyzed. Results： With the scores increasing, cardiac events of six months ended was increasing, the severity of pathological arteries took on an increasing tendency, the proportion of patients needed revascularization was increasing. The relationship between GRACE score and revascularization in patients with ACS was obvious （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： GRACE risk score is a quick and broad application method for evaluation of cardiovascular risk. It can be used to predict the characteristics of coronary artery disease and guide early clinical intervention in the patients.
