心冠状窦的应用解剖研究

本观测了30例成人和6个年龄组180例小儿心脏的冠状窦。结果显示：冠状窦口均朝向右前上方；冠状窦瓣膜不明显或呈半月形合计占74．7％，瓣膜呈袋状、网状、筛状、条索状合计占25．3％；瓣膜大多数位于窦口后下部，少数位于前下部；冠状窦口直径及冠状窦瓣宽度和高度随年龄的增长而增大，而且窦口直径与心最大宽径呈正相关，本根据观测结果，求出了回归方程，提供临床参考。

The Applied Anatomical Study of Coronary Sinus

Two hundred and ten cadavers(30 adults, 180 children divided into six groups according to age and height)were observed.The results are: All the openings of coronary sinus are in the anterior -superior - right position.74.7 percent have no valves or just have semilunar valves;25.3 percent of valves look like bags, reticulations, ethmoidales, or funiforms. Most valves attach to posterior inferior edge of the openings of coronary sinus; a few attach to anterior inferior edge. The diameter of the openings and the width and height of the valves increase with age. There is correlation between diameter of the openings and maximum width of heart. Based on the results, we worked out the regression equation for clinical reference.
