支气管哮喘合并胃食管反流80例临床治疗体会

目的：观察积极的抗哮喘及抗反流治疗对支气管哮喘合并胃食管反流的治疗作用。方法：将80例支气管哮喘合并胃食管反流患者分为观察组和对照组各40例，观察组在常规抗哮喘、解痉治疗的同时加服奥美拉唑和莫沙必利。结果：①观察组哮喘症状计分、胃食管反流症状持续时间明显降低，较对照组有显著性差异（P〈0．01或0．05）；②观察组FEV1占预计值％、PEFR显著改善，明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）；③观察组按需吸入二丙酸倍氯米松、B2受体激动剂剂量较治疗前和对照组均显著减少（P〈0．01）。结论：在应用抗哮喘药物的基础上联合抗胃食管反流治疗，对治疗支气管哮喘合并胃食管反流有明确疗效。

Treatment Experience of 80 Cases of Bronchial Asthma Complicated with Gastroesophageal Reflux

Objective： To observe the on bronchial asthma with gastroesophageal therapeutic effects of the antiasthmatic and anti-reflux treatment reflux. Method： 80 cases of bronchial asthma patients with gas- troesophageal reflux were divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group, each with 40 cases, the observation group were added omeprazole and mosapride. Result： （1）The asthma symptoms scoring and gastroesophageal reflux symptoms duration of the observation group was reduced significantly, it has sig- nificant differences with the control group { P〈0. 01 or 0. 05 }. （2）The percentage of FEV1 and PEFR of the observation group were improved significantly, which was much higher than the control group { P〈0.05 ）. （3） Compared with pre-treatment and the control group,the inhaled dose of becotide and β-adrenergic receptor agonists was significantly decreased{ P〈0.01 }. Conclusion： On the bases therapies of anti-asthma drugs, anti-gastroesophageal reflux treatment can improve the therapeutic efficacy of treating bronchial asthma pa- tients with gastroesophageal reflux disease.
