腹腔镜治疗粘连性肠梗阻在基层医院中的应用体会

目的：探讨腹腔镜治疗粘连性肠梗阻在基层医院中的可行性及应用价值。方法：应用腹腔镜治疗粘连性肠梗阻患者25例。结果：21例成功利用腹腔镜完成肠粘连松解术，2例改为腹腔镜辅助下小切口肠粘连松解术，2例中转开腹。23例应用腹腔镜患者手术时间42-134min，平均73min；住院时间4-8d，平均6．2d。随访6—24个月（平均14个月），均无肠梗阻症状复发。结论：腹腔镜肠粘连松解术在基层医院安全可行，具有临床应用价值。

The Discussion on the Treatment of Adhesive Ileus with Laparoscopic Adhesiolysis in the Basic Unit Hospital

Objective： To study the value of feasibility and application of laparoscopy in the treatment of adhesive ileus at the basic unit hospital. Method： The clinical data of 25 patients with adhesion intestinal obstruction who underwent laparoscopic enterolysis were analyzed retrospectively. Result： Laparoscopic oper-ations were performed successfully in 21 my and 2 cases were converted to laparo cases. 2 cases were converted to laparoscopy assisted minilaparoto- tomy. The operative time was 42 minutes to 134 minutes in 23 cases which were performed by laparoscopic operations. The mean time was 73 minutes. The hospitalization were 48 days and the mean time was 6.2 days. No recurrence was found after 6 to 24 months { mean, 14 months } fol- lowup. Conclusion： The laparoscopic enterolysis is safe and feasible in the basic unit hospital and it has some advantages in clinical application.
