盐酸丁卡因胶浆辅助临床导尿对患者舒适度的影响研究

目的：探讨盐酸丁卡因胶浆辅助临床导尿对患者舒适度的影响。方法：对我院收治的3281例需导尿的患者随机分为实验组以及对照组，实验组患者采用盐酸丁卡因胶浆辅助临床导尿，对照组患者采用石蜡油辅助临床导尿。结果：实验组患者其插管一次成功率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），实验组患者插管疼痛程度明显低于对照组（P〈O．05），实验组患者其对患者导尿后10min其尿道刺激程度明显低于对照组（P〈0．05），实验组患者在插管中以及插管后其相关指标均优于对照组（P〈0．05）：但两组患者并发症以及不良反应无明显差异性（P〉0．05）。结论：盐酸丁卡因胶浆辅助临床导尿可改善患者舒适程度，并提高患者的一次导尿的成功率。

Result： The experimental group patients intubation time success rate was significantly higher （ p 〈0.05 }, the experimental group were intubated degree of pain was significantly lower than the control group （ P〈0.05 }, experimental group of patients with catheterization after 10min urethra to stimulate significantly lower than the control group （ P〈0.05 ）, experimental group patients intubation and after intuba- tion related indicators were superior to the control group （P〈0.05 }, There＇s no significant difference in two groups of patients with complications and adverse reactions （ P〉0.05 }. Conclusion： Tetracaine hydrochlo- ride the mortar auxiliary clinical catheterization can improve the skin lesions of patients comfort, and improve the success rate in patients with a catheterization.
