锌制剂对小儿腹泻病患者红细胞免疫及细胞免疫的影响研究

目的:探讨锌制剂对小儿腹泻病患者红细胞免疫及细胞免疫的影响。方法:选取2011年9月～2012年4月于本院进行治疗的96例小儿腹泻病患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组每组各48例,对照组进行常规的腹泻治疗方案干预,观察组在对照组的基础上加用锌制剂进行治疗,后将两组患者治疗前和治疗后7d、10d的红细胞免疫及细胞免疫指标进行比较。结果:观察组患儿治疗后7d、10d的红细胞免疫及细胞免疫指标均优于对照组,且观察组患儿治疗后10d的上述方面优于其治疗后7d,P均<0.05,两组均有显著性差异。结论:锌制剂可有效改善小儿腹泻病患者的红细胞免疫及细胞免疫指标,从而达到治疗及预防腹泻的目的。

Influence of zinc preparations for the erythrocyte immunity and cellular immunity of children with diarrheal

Objective: To investigate the influence of zinc preparations on erythrocyte immunity and cellular immunity of patients with diarrheal diseases.Methods:A total of 96 children with diarrheal diseases admitted to our hospital from September 2011 to April 2012 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 48 cases in each group,them the control group were given routine anti-diarrheal treatment,the observation group were treated with zinc preparations based on the treatment of control group,and the erythrocyte immunity and cellular immunity indexes of two groups were detected and compared before and 7,10 days after the treatment.Results:Seven and 10 days after treatment,the erythrocyte immunity and cellular immunity indexes of the observation group were both better than those of the control group,Besides,indexes of observation group detected 10 days after the treatment were better than that detected 7 days after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The zinc preparations can effectively improve the erythrocyte immunity and cellular immunity of children with diarrheal diseases,so it can be used for treatment and prevention of diarrheal patients.
