硫酸镁对妊高征患者子宫动脉、螺旋动脉及胎儿血流动力学指标的影响研究

目的:探讨硫酸镁对妊高征患者子宫动脉、螺旋动脉及胎儿血流动力学指标的影响。方法:选取2009年3月～2011年10月于本院采用硝苯地平进行治疗的76例妊高征患者为对照组,同期采用硝苯地平联合硫酸镁进行治疗的76例患者为观察组,后将两组患者治疗前及治疗后3、5d的子宫动脉、螺旋动脉及胎儿血流动力学指标进行检测及比较。结果:观察组治疗后3d及5d的子宫动脉、螺旋动脉及胎儿大脑中动脉、肾动脉PI、RI及S/D均低于对照组,Vmax及Vmin均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义,(P均<0.05)。结论:硫酸镁对妊高征患者子宫动脉、螺旋动脉及胎儿血流动力学指标的影响明显,可有效改善母婴血供。

Influence of magnesium sulphate on uterine artery,spiral artery and fetus hemodynamics indexes of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome

Objective: To study the influence of magnesium sulphate on uterine artery,spiral artery and fetus hemodynamics indexes of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome.Methods:A total of 38 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome who were treated with nifedipine in our hospital from March 2009 to October 2011 were selected as control group,and 38 patients who were treated with nifedipine combined with magnesium sulphate at the same time were selected as observation group,then the uterine artery,spiral artery and fetus hemodynamics indexes of two groups before and after the treatment at third and fifth day were compared.Results:The uterine artery,spiral artery and fetus middle cerebral artery,renal artery PI,RI and S/D of observation group at third and fifth day after the treatment were all significantly lower than those of control group,Vmax and Vmin were all significantly higher than those of control group(all P<).Conclusions:Magnesium sulphate has influence on uterine artery,spiral artery and fetus hemodynamics indexes of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome,and it can effectively improve the blood supply of mother and fetus.
